Vermont Tech is recognized as a non-profit institution under the terms of section 101(6) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1939, which corresponds to section 501(c)(3) of the 1954 Code.
All gifts to the Annual Fund – regardless of size – are important to us and are deeply appreciated. Each gift is a statement of support for Vermont Tech’s mission, and each helps ensure the quality of a VTC degree.
By giving to the Annual Fund, you send a message to our community and beyond that you value your Vermont Tech experience and want to invest in the continued financial health of the College.
The Annual Fund is made up of donations that are raised and spent within one fiscal year. A critical component of Vermont Tech’s financial well-being, it is our greatest source of unrestricted support and support for specific departments and academic divisions. It is essential to maintaining the College’s tradition of all-around excellence, because it enables us to:
- Support faculty initiatives
- Maintain small class sizes
- Pursue diversity in the student body
- Enhance our educational and athletic programs, and
- Address the College’s areas of greatest need and opportunity through unrestricted funding

We strive to have 100% faculty and staff participation in this important campaign. Gifts can be made directly or through payroll deductions.
