You may have heard the term “STEM” – but what does it mean?
STEM stands for Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics. And it’s a growing field among men and women.
At Vermont Tech, our STEM education is taught with applied, practical learning. Students spend much more time working in a laboratory environment and discovering new ways to use technology. Real-world projects offer students the chance to understand how science and technology can be used to solve problems, like water quality, carbon sequestration, or assistive devices for mobility.
