This course helps the student to develop the attitudes and skills essential to career success and acts as a capstone course with a focus on running a successful landscape business. The student concentrates on two real life projects. Each student works on a project that begins with a design/proposal; includes research into specific zoning regulations and bylaws; follows through with a complete set of take-offs, estimates, bids, specifications, proposals; and ends with a presentation to the client.
