Vermont Tech a top school for financial aid

17 Oct 2017

Vermont Tech has been recently awarded recognition for our financial aid assistance. Among the awards is our place in the top 200 of The Student Loan Report’s study of Public Colleges That Offer Upperclassmen the Most Financial Aid. As this study suggests, “by accepting upperclassmen who are supported by need-based financial aid, they (the colleges) are able to educate an economic demographic that would have been barred from its doors, opening up the possibility to make advancements with higher earnings.” Vermont Tech is one of only two Vermont public schools on the list.

Another study lists Vermont Tech in the #12 Spot on the Top 50 Best Community Colleges for Financial Aid Assistance rankings from onlinecollegeplan.com, and the only higher education institution from Vermont to make it onto this list. Read the article from Vermont Business Magazine.
