Vermont Tech is pleased to announce that the college has been ranked 11th among the Best for Vets: Career & Technical Colleges 2017 in the annual best college rankings published by the Military Times. Vermont Tech completed a comprehensive survey and provided institutional data so that Military Times could assess the 2017_BFV_CAREER_TECH_COLLEGEScollege based on culture, student support, academic outcomes/quality, academic policies, and cost and financial aid.

“We’re proud that Military Times has recognized Vermont Tech as a top college,” said Vermont Tech Interim President Patricia Moulton. “As the Military Times recognizes, the college is for veterans looking for small classes, individual help and degrees that can be earned quickly that will result in high-paying jobs. We want to continue to make Vermont Technical College a great place for veterans.”

In addition to the Military Times ranking, the college also ranks 7th in the North region among the Best Colleges for Veterans by the U.S. News & World Report. Vermont Tech is one of just two Vermont schools to rank in the Veteran’s, best northern regional colleges and best public college categories.

These rankings serve as a powerful tool that allows prospective students and their families to better navigate the college search process.
