Vermont’s U.S. Rep. Peter Welch routinely checks in with his constituents via what he call “Congress in Your Community” visits. Floyd’s Store in Randolph Center has been selected more than once as the place to chat with whomever shows up.
Monday morning, however, Welch scheduled a stop just a little to the south, taking an hour to check out sustainable energy programs and installations at Vermont Technical College.
