Gov. Peter Shumlin highlighted two major rural economic development investments at Vermont Tech. The state’s $25M Vermont Agriculture and Environmental Lab and the appropriation of $1M to upgrade Vermont Tech’s existing laboratories in Williston and Randolph campuses were parts of the capital bill the Governor signed into law at the college.
