Stephanie came to Vermont Tech after transferring from Community College of Vermont. “I have always been interested in Vermont Tech; being the main technical college of Vermont.”
Stephanie was drawn to Radiologic Science because she currently assists in this field, “and just knew right away it was something I wanted to pursue.”
“It’s been quite the adjustment due to the pandemic, but overall it’s been a positive experience.” Once Stephanie completes her degree, she hopes to work as a MRI Technician. She is currently employed as a Medical Assistant at UVMMC.
Stephanie’s advice to incoming students is, “I would recommend being comfortable with human anatomy, and have basic knowledge of X-ray.”
