This week’s update to the COVID-19 testing data reflects a number of off-campus, non-residential students who revealed their previous positive results while testing for entry to campus for a lab. Their positive results are accurately counted in the duration of our reporting period, but their infections were not recent and they did not come into close contact with any students or employees.
We remind all students that Vermont Tech is required to report all positive cases of COVID-19 among its student populations, including commuter students who may never be on a college campus. Please be sure to share your positive test results with the Health Coordinator, Bob Sivret, at the time of your notification, regardless of your residential status. Thank you for your cooperation.
