As you make plans to come/return to campus – for the spring semester, a class, or labs or clinical work – the college wants you to be prepared to protect your own health and the safety of others.
Student List:
Before you can safely enter a Vermont Tech campus or site, you must:
- Sign up for Castle Branch COVID-19 screening tool. You can watch tutorial videos from Sarah Billings-Berg, DC, DNP, RN, CNE, Associate Dean of Nursing, about what you need to do to record your information and submitting documents.
- First-time residential students must complete the consent form for COVID-19 testing
- Get tested before coming to campus. Send test results to Robert Sivret, Coordinator of Health Services, at rsivret@vtc.edu the Friday before moving in or coming to a campus or distance site for any reason.
- Sign the updated Health Contract with the Knight’s Pledge, if you have not previously completed it.
- Start a contact-tracing journal
- Develop and document a personal evacuation plan in case of illness
Faculty/Staff List:
Before you can safely return to campus, you must:
- Complete the required VOSHA training. Upon completion of the training, follow the link provided to a fillable certificate. Please complete the certificate and email to Jessica Huynh.
- Complete the self-attestation COVID-19 screening form and log your temperature. This must be completed daily, prior to coming to campus. If you work remotely, only log your health information on days you plan to be on campus.
- Sign the Knights’ Pledge
- Start a contact-tracing journal
