This course focuses on the development of leadership ability by providing a basic understanding of leadership and group dynamics theory, including goal setting, decision making, problem solving, delegation, motivation, and performance evaluation. the student develops a personal philosophy of leadership; an awareness of the moral and ethical responsibilities of leadership; and an understanding of their ow ability and style of leadership.
