Reply to Your Offer of Admission
You’ve made your decision and you’re ready to make it official! Your next step in the enrollment process is to accept Vermont Tech’s offer of admission. Applicants may accept or decline their offer of admission through their Applicant Status page.

Submit your Deposit
You can begin the enrollment process once we’ve received your tuition deposit. If you didn’t pay your deposit when you accepted your offer of admission, please go to your Applicant Status page to pay your deposit.

VAST Students
Congratulations on your acceptance into the Vermont Academy of Science & Technology. You have a great year ahead of you.
All VAST students are required to complete and return our Intent to Attend form if they plan to attend Vermont Tech. This can be completed through your applicant status page. Please note that if you live more than 30 miles from the Randolph campus, you are required to live on campus. Automotive Technology

All students participating in the program are required to own a set of tools that is sufficient to address lab responsibilities and internship work duties. Construction Management

Dental Hygiene
Congratulations on your acceptance into Vermont Tech’s Department of Dental Hygiene! We are looking forward to working with you. Please read our welcome letter (PDF).
Important information for accepted Dental Hygiene students:
- Please be aware that accepted Dental Hygiene applicants are required to complete an observation experience in a dental office. Please complete the Observation Form (PDF) and upload to CastleBranch.
- All students participating in the program are required to attend a Dental Hygiene orientation session. Details will be available later this spring.
- Please complete the required health form (PDF)
- Please complete the required background check through CastleBranch (PDF).
The Dental Hygiene program will be changing to an accelerated program for the fall 2022. The first five consecutive semesters (summer included) will lead to an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. The final two semesters, in an online format, lead to the Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Students will graduate after the first five semesters with their Associate Degree and they may seamlessly continue on with their education in the Bachelor of Science program. Please review the proposed curriculum, which includes courses we recommend you complete in advance of starting the program when possible.

Paramedicine

Professional Pilot Technology
Congratulations on your acceptance to Vermont Tech’s Professional Pilot Technology program! Please read the following important information regarding requirements for entry into the program:
- A clear, unrestricted, First or Second Class Medical Certificate issue by an FAA certified Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) is a requirement for admission into this degree program. Locating and scheduling an FAA Physical may be time consuming; applicants are encouraged to do this as soon as practical.
- A background check and fingerprinting is required for students to receive their Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA) for flying out of the Burlington International Airport. Vermont Flight Academy is responsible for assisting students with this during orientation.
- Short interview with Professional Pilot Technology program director
- Please review information outlining changes to required coursework (PDF) in the Professional Pilot Technology program, as well as information regarding course sequencing (PDF) in the program.

Radiologic Science
