As a newly accepted Vermont Tech student, your next step is to complete your financial aid process (if applicable) and send in your deposit. In addition, we have some forms that all students are required to complete. You’ll find these forms by following the “All Students” link below.

International Students

Congratulations on your acceptance! We are excited to welcome you to Vermont Tech and we have provided you with some initial information about housing and more below.

Before matriculating, please fill out the following required forms:

  • Send in your tuition and housing deposit by our deadline (you can review information about tuition, fees, and additional costs here)
  • Submit your Housing Request Form through your student status page if you're planning to live on-campus
  • Review our computer recommendations and activate your Vermont Tech account
  • Review our academic calendar for the upcoming year

VAST Students

Congratulations on your acceptance into the Vermont Academy of Science & Technology. You have a great year ahead of you.

All VAST students are required to complete and return our Intent to Attend form if they plan to attend Vermont Tech.  This can be completed through your student status page.  Please note that if you live more than 30 miles from the Randolph campus, you are required to live on campus. Automotive Technology

Construction Management

Dental Hygiene

Diesel Power Technology

Equine Studies

Congratulations on your acceptance and welcome to Vermont Tech’s Equine Studies program! We look forward to riding with you. Please review our Director’s welcome letter, which includes information about boarding a horse here.

All students participating in the program are required to bring specific clothing and gear for riding, barn chores, and lab. In addition, please print, review, and sign the Equine Studies program policies, our Essential Functions requirements, and our Liability Release. Nursing-Associate Degree (ADN)

Nursing-Practical Nursing Certificate (PN)

It is extremely important that you adhere to the deadlines published in our checklist for accepted PN applicants.

Professional Pilot Technology

Congratulations on your acceptance to Vermont Tech’s Professional Pilot Technology program! Please read the following important information regarding requirements for entry into the program:

  • A clear, unrestricted, First or Second Class Medical Certificate issue by an FAA certified Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) is a requirement for admission into this degree program. Locating and scheduling an FAA Physical may be time consuming, applicants are encouraged to do this as soon as practical. FAA Certified AME's can be located at: http://www.faa.gov/pilots/amelocator
  • A background check and fingerprinting is required for students to receive their Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA) for flying out of the Burlington International Airport. For more information about the SIDA badge please visit: http://www.btv.aero/airport-guide/airport-operations
  • Please review information outlining changes to required coursework in the Professional Pilot Technology program, as well as information regarding course sequencing in the program.

Respiratory Therapy

On behalf of the Respiratory Therapy faculty at Vermont Tech, congratulations and welcome to our program!  Please review the Director's welcome letter and dates of the required information sessions.

All accepted Respiratory Therapy students must fill out our Allied Health programs health form, create a Castle Branch account for your background check and review the essential functions of a Respiratory Therapist.

In addition, all Respiratory Therapy students are required to own a laptop computer with the capability to download an exam browser for accessing computerized exams in class.
