Student Accounts |  | The Student Accounts Office is located in the Administration Building in the front center of the Randolph Center campus. Our effort is to provide the student, parent or guardian with the knowledge and understanding of their students billing statement. We will strive to work with you to gain this understanding. Counter service is available Monday – Friday 9 to 4:30 during school and Monday – Friday 9 to 4:00 during summer break. Here we provide check cashing (up to $25 – no third party checks), maple syrup purchasing from our own VTC farm, along with counseling students, parents or guardians on the students billing statement. Please look through each tab to familiarize yourself with the billing information. As we strive to help you help your student, please make sure that your student makes you an Authorized User so that we may discuss your students financial account with you. This can be done by having them go to https://portal.vsc.edu and selecting the VSC BILL PAYMENT box to the left. - Have them log on using their User ID (ex. msb08100) and password
- Select the Authorized Users Tab at the top
- Enter the Authorized Users email address.
You will then receive two emails to this email address. One indicating that the student has authorized you as a user and another with a temporary password (located at the bottom of email). This will allow you access to pay and view the students bill at any time. You will also receive billing email notification each time a new bill is uploaded to the system on/around the 1st and 15th of each month. We CANNOT discuss your student’s billing account with you until they give us permission and this is one way it can be done. The other way is to have them complete the FERPA form with the Registrar’s Office.
