Cross Country

Cross Country is one of Vermont Tech's newest varsity sports. This year's team is led by Coach Douglas Concialdi, a newcomer to Vermont, but a veteran high school and college cross country coach from the Chicago area. The Cross Country team will compete in both the Sunrise Conference and Yankee Small College Conference Championship Meets, as well as the Vermont State Meet.

The Men's Cross Country team is led by Kyle Baitz and Andre Bolduc. The Women's Cross Country Team is paced by freshmen Kristin Lunde and Laura Burbank. All four runners qualified for the USCAA National Invitational held in Buena Vista, Virginia on November 2, 2007.

This year the Cross Country Team earned first place in the Unity College Invitational-a "first" for our fledgling program.

The Cross Country team is open to both male and female students. Any interested students should contact Coach Concialdi at dconcialdi@ClearSource.com.
