Allow us to introduce: Justin DeVico
Respiratory Therapy class of 2009
Justin grew up in New Jersey where he was an active member of the New Jersey Army National guard. As part of his duties he spent a year in Iraq. Afterwards, he and a friend planned on moving to Vermont. When the friend ended up going elsewhere for school, Justin moved here on his own anyway.
Justin wants to pursue a career in the health industry. After comparing the programs at various area colleges he decided that Vermont Tech's would be the best fit for him. He liked the program, the ease of applying and the location of the Williston campus.
After graduating, Justin hopes to find a job in a hospital, perhaps Fletcher Allen in Burlington, Vermont. In the longer term he is considering a career as a traveling health care professional in the field of respiratory therapy. He believes that Vermont Tech will provide him with the skills he need to succeed wherever his career takes him.
