Allow us to introduce: Belinda Wass
Dental Hygiene class of 2009
Belinda grew up in Peru, New York and has lived there all her life. She was home schooled and graduated a year early before coming to Vermont Tech at the age of seventeen.
When Belinda was trying to decide what to go to college for, her dentist told her that there was a shortage of dental hygienists. She did a little research and thought that it sounded really interesting. She started looking for schools close to home and found Vermont Tech's Williston campus.
After graduating, Belinda would like to go on at least one missions trip before starting her career as a dental hygienist. She feels that the professors at Vermont Tech will help her get a good start on her career. "They help prepare us to go out into the world and deal with the challenges that come along," she says.
