Student Housing at the Williston Campus!
Williston Campus Student Housing

The Williston campus has partnered with New England Culinary Institute (NECI) to make available townhouse-style residences at NECI’s student housing complex in Essex Junction, Vermont--just down the road from Vermont Tech’s Williston Campus. This housing is located three miles from the Williston Campus on Route 2A, south of Five Corners in Essex.

The Vermont Tech suites include a kitchen, a living/common room, two bathrooms, and four or five single bedrooms. In addition, free parking is included. Students provide their own meals.

The residency costs for Vermont Tech students are part of the regular Vermont Tech residence hall/housing agreement. Housing costs will be $2,617 for the semester for a private, single bedroom within a suite. Utilities are included.

There are limited suites available. If you would like to be considered for a room, please speak to Caitlin Lange or Jean-Marie Clark in the Administration Building or fill out a Williston Housing Interest Form available at the main desk.
