The residence halls at Vermont Tech all are co-ed and provide housing for over 600 students, in comfortable, double rooms. Each hall has a lounge with recreational equipment (such as pool tables, TVs, etc.) each residence hall is wired with cable TV, telephone, and wireless high speed internet connection. MoreyThis residence hall houses 137 students on the second and third floors. The first floor is the Morey Dining hall, making dinner time a short walk. Morey features long halls, with many rooms on each floor, as well as two large, spacious bathrooms. Named in honor of Captain Samuel Morey, an early Vermont marine inventor, it was completed in 1966.
KeenanThis 3 story residence has three wings. This residence hall features a short walk to Morey Dining Hall. It houses a total of 161 students, Keenan residence hall was completed in 1968. The building was named in memory of the late Maurice Keenan, a member of the Vermont State College Board of Trustees until his death in 1965.
NuttingThis residence hall is situated closest to Green Hall, which is convenient for a short walk to most classes, and the Administration building. Nutting Hall has two wings, the A wing is four stories high, and the B wing is three stories high. Nutting Hall houses 170 students. It was completed in September of 1970, honors the memory of William Nutting, who, upon graduation from Dartmouth in 1807, became the first head of Orange Country Grammar School. The forerunner of Vermont Technical College.
Old DormThis two story residence hall houses 90 students and is a small close knit community that enjoys spending time together.
