- Vermont Technical College buys its machines from Dell and we have found that they work very well, but that does not mean that you need to do so. We encourage you to buy what you think is appropriate.
- For security reasons, we do not allow servers, routers or wireless access points without permission. (See the Acceptable Use Policy)
- Residential students can use cable modems in their dorm rooms if they do not wish to be on our network. Please see your local IT helpdesk for more information before contacting the cable company.
