Recruiter Information | |  Interested in recruiting at Vermont Tech? We’d love to work with you.
Our recruiting season begins in late October with our annual Fall Career Fair. This event, staged as a Trade Show, brings employers together with students to discuss their companies, products and career opportunities for students. It’s an opportunity to network and explore possibilities with each other.
During the spring semester, we take this a step further by replacing the Career Fair with On-Campus Recruiting. The company will choose a day to visit that work’s for their manager’s schedule. We do the advertising, collecting student resumes, organize the interview schedule and host you for the interview day. Often during the visit, the companies are invited to have lunch with faculty and tour the college. All this is aimed at giving you a better understanding of the quality of Vermont Tech.
Unable to make it for an on campus visit? Try our website portal, “Vermont Tech Connections”. Once you create an account and it’s approved by us, you can review student resumes and post jobs.
