Continuing Eduction: Assessing the Training Needs of Employers |

Discuss qualitative and quantitative measurements for determining employee training needs and the strengths and weaknesses of each. Linking business strategy to development plans. Assessing employee transition and retirement impact on needs. Transferring knowledge from one generation to the next. The time is 8:00-10:00 a.m. with a continental breakfast. It would include an hour presentation by Allan Rodgers on these topics, followed by discussion and/or Q&A about the new building in Brattleboro and the plans/capabilities of the VSC (pipeline, trainings, etc.) and the regional groups.
