VTC Diary Processing and Commercial Kitchen Project Introduction


Following the SOCIAL MEDIA workshop, we will introduce VTC plans to develop a community kitchen at the Vermont Tech Enterprise Center in Randolph that will have the capacity to process milk into fluid milk, cheese, ice cream, yogurt, butter, cream, and other dairy products. It will also have the capability to process vegetables, fruit, and berries. This exciting initiative will be a valuable resource to area growers and prospective specialty food producers.
Please plan to join us for this discussion to share your thoughts about how you might use the facility and take part in our food development program.
At the close of this segment, we will present awards from the first VTC Food and Farm Business Plan Competition. Plans from nine finalists will have been scored that morning.
