It seems the only constant in business is change. We are constantly confronted with new challenges. Our old ways of doing business are not working as well as they used to. To help address this issue VTC is offering a new program, the Strategic Planning Workshop.
At this workshop you will be able to get away from the day-to-day grind and gain a fresh perspective on your company. You will have a chance to work with the best and brightest of your peers as well as a world-class expert on Strategic Planning to rethink the fundamental tenants of your company. This workshop will help you capture the essence of how you want to position your company in the marketplace and how to communicate that enthusiastically in and out of the organization.
Learn a rigorous approach to creating a strategic agenda for your business. We will address the following critical tasks of strategy:
* Customer Segmentation and Customer Value Propositions
* Identification of the Existing and Desired Competencies
* The Statement of the Business Mission
* The Definition of the Business Strategic Agenda
Case Studies of real companies will be the focus our analysis. In this way the participants will not only be able to receive a full education on how to develop a strategy, but will have an opportunity to participate in the actual development of a relevant strategy for the business.
