Session 1 Essentials of Leadership

This course serves as a foundation for teaching leaders how to get results through people. Participants acquire a set of proven interaction skills, discuss seven leadership imperatives key to meeting today’s challenges and analyze their role as a catalyst leader who inspires others to act.
Session 2 Moving from Conflict to Collaboration
Develop the skills needed to turn conflicts into opportunities to achieve positive, constructive results.
Session 3 Handling Difficult Conversations
Increase trust in order to elicit the best from team members.
Session 4 Giving Constructive Feedback
Deliver objective, honest feedback that is relevant and useful to employees.
Session 5 The Leader in Each of Us
Define leadership roles and develop strategies to increase personal effectiveness as a leader.
Session 6 Managing Change
Help employees turn potential threats into opportunities for personal contribution.
