Vermont Tech’s Bennington Campus is located at 210 South Street, in the historic Bjur Building, which was built in 1920. Vermont Tech renovated two floors of the building to create a spacious, well-equipped learning environment where The Practical Nursing Certificate and Associate Degree in Nursing programs are offered. There are two simulation labs, a telepresence interactive classroom, computer/ library resource room and a student lounge and meeting area.
An additional site affiliated with the Southwest Region is located in Middlebury, Vermont. Students at the Middlebury site attend classes at the Patricia Hannaford Career Center. They are linked to faculty and other students through the use of telepresence technology. The Practical Nursing Certificate and Associate Degree in Nursing programs are offered in alternating years. The PN Program begins each Fall in even numbered years; the Associate Degree in Nursing begins each Fall in odd numbered years. Students have access to a simulation lab and telepresence classroom.
