Parking: Adequate free parking is available on the Norwich Campus. There will be golf carts available to assist those in need of a ride from the parking lot to the field house.
Handicap Parking: There is provision for handicap parking. Please refer to the map.
Caps and Gowns: Caps and gowns will be distributed prior to the end of classes-date TBA. There is no need to be measured in advance. The graduation fee covers the cost of caps and gowns and will be charged on the student account of each graduate.
Honors Tassels: Will be distributed prior to the ceremony at the line up. Criteria:
- Cum Laude 3.5-3.69 GPA
- Magna Cum Laude 3.7-3.89 GPA
- Summa Cum Laude 3.9-4.0 GPA
Honors Cords: For members of honor societies will also be distributed at line up
Diplomas: Will be mailed after the ceremony. Please make certain that the Registrar's office has your correct mailing address. You DO NOT need the invitation or a ticket for admission to the ceremony.
Announcements: Souvenir announcements will be available prior to the end of classes.
Arrival Time: Graduates should plan to arrive by 1 PM for line up
Associate Degree Nurses Pinning Ceremony: 11 AM Shapiro Field house. Line up at 10 AM. Additional information will be available from your site director.
Dental Hygiene Pinning Ceremony: Dole Auditorium 11AM
COMMENCEMENT DVD: a DVD of the ceremony will be available. Order forms will be available at the ceremony.
