Tymetal Corp. Gate Controller

Background:

Tymetal is a manufacturer of security gates.  Gate operators currently installed on Tymetal gates are bulky, complicated, and very expensive for both Tymetal and its customers to purchase.

 

 

Problem Statement:

Develop a gate operator that Tymetal can manufacture.

–Must be:

•Simple

•Inexpensive

•Compact

•Reliable

 


Problem Solution:

Utilize a microprocessor and solid-state components to construct a simple yet very functional gate operator of minimal size and cost.
